模块说明

Owned synchronous Windows pipes; no Proactor/overlapped-handle assumption.

Each direction has one dedicated thread and at most one outstanding operation.
The single reader peeks before reading, avoiding an idle synchronous read that
can block native extension initialization inspecting the same pipe handle.
Close retries CancelSynchronousIo until the threads exit: cancellation can race
with entry to ReadFile/WriteFile. Never use the shared executor for these calls.
