SDK 说明：

Prepare only; the caller journals/submits once and preserves its receipt.

The explicit grant exposes death(limit=1), inventory(window=0) and retained
typed AuthInput in one read-only operation. It does not grant packet sending.
retained_fence explicitly checks current native admission lineage while
preserving original packet age; it does not relax the caller read budget.
Unknown or missing capabilities must not be recovered by reissuing reads.

SDK 说明：

Extract successful original provider values; never alter age/namespace.

Consume only after journaling a confirmed succeeded operation receipt. Host
offsets describe sequential reads and cannot be used as client timestamps or
to turn the retained AuthInput admission into a fresh frame.
