SDK 说明：

Hash relative names + NUL + file SHA-256 + LF, in sorted name order.

Includes Python sources, stubs, py.typed and the protocol schema; excludes
bytecode/cache and the build marker. Rejects source symlinks. Never reads
credentials or arbitrary data files.

def current()

SDK 说明：

Return loaded SDK files' hash and optional packaged-source claim.

``matches_package`` is unknown without a valid marker, and never describes
the Host or a plugin/task artifact. This function does not query Git.
