SDK 说明：

Read identity -> inventory -> identity once with one waiting budget.

``journal(record)`` must durably save its independent JSON-compatible copy
before returning. It is awaited directly so Worker drain keeps ownership of
its IPC; it must itself be bounded. Journal time consumes the shared budget,
but this helper never cancels a persistence callback to meet that budget.

The caller must retain a business request before entry and return its old
record on duplicate/restart, including interrupted reads. This function has
no durable deduplication, retry, refresh, task, or cross-call memory. Never
call it again to repair an uncertain write. Partial reads remain in journal.

Connection fields are the native observation domain, not the Host session
or transport UUID. Sampling existing evidence does not receive a new packet.
