SDK 说明：

No queue or retry. Retain the prepared intent before calling submit.

Frames contain the decrypted, decompressed packet header and body, without
RakNet, batch length, compression or encryption wrappers. Only the current
bot-to-server connection is supported. Connection IDs come from observation;
a reconnect makes a prepared intent stale. Do not replace its connection,
key or deadline after uncertain admission.
